Summary:In this article the author exposes the excessive and uncontrolled hunting in Lebanon. Although a law that regulates hunting and imposes penalties in case of infringements exists and was modified in 2004, hunters are still getting away with their massive killing as the law is not being enforced and the government has other priorities. This article shows the gravity of the situation not only concerning the hunters and the government but also concerning the public reaction towards such acts of cruelty.
