Data collection tools include: demographic questionnaire and quality of life questionnaire. Data collected before and two months after intervention. Statistical analysis was done by spss16 software. Results: Data analysis with Chi-square showed that demographic data were similar in both groups (P>0.05). Comparison of quality of life after intervention by independent samples t-test was significant in two groups (P0.05). Paired t-test showed that there is a significant difference between mean scores of eight dimensions of QOL and whole QOL before and after study in experimental group (P0.05).meams difference of whole QOL was significant in Both groups (P<0.05).
