Summary: | This article results of research that aimed to analyze the discourse of quality constructed by the actors of the educational arena of a municipality, which was certified by UNICEF in 2008 and 2012. From the discourse analysis was possible to identify some programmatic elements for a quality education for the municipality, taking as its starting point the convergence in the educational quality discourse pronounced by the subjects studied, that shape the local education policy arena. |
