Description
Summary:The article discusses the features of modern music management. It is determined that music management carries a number of features of the social management system of society. It is emphasized that in the countries of the former Soviet Union they abandoned many of the previous forms of musical life management, taking into account the influence of the information space, information and communication technologies (ICT), unity and interdependence in the development of society, including in the music sphere. The conclusion is drawn that more attention is required to the formation of a modern musical taste and priorities related to ethnic identity. The development of musical management in modern Azerbaijan is connected with the standard of living, the nature of the training in managing the country's musical life. There are certain gaps in this regard. In addition, active cooperation with the musical diaspora, with representatives of the musical sphere of the world presents new requirements for the forms and directions of musical management. An active exchange of experience with other countries, the organization of international festivals, competitions and other events contributes to the further formation and improvement of musical management, the development of the musical culture of the country as a whole. It is proposed to continue the exchange of musical personnel with the countries of the region, to expand work in this direction.
