Summary:Antecedents. The problematic of homeless a factor that is increased daily as effect of socioeconomic, political and ideological circumstances. The antecedents demonstrate that the boarding from occupational therapy and other social disciplines as far as the homeless, networks and social inclusion to the light of the human rights widely has not been developed being pertinent to deepen this thematic. Objectives. To approach the problematic homeless to fron the model of the human rights and the relevance of the institutional networks in the process of social inclusion of this population. To fortify a network of institutional support offering an option of social participation for the inhabitant and ex-inhabitant of street.  Material and methods. This investigation approaches to the population inhabitant and ex—inhabitant of street of Bogota. The contributor institutions of this process of fortification of the network are located within Bogota.  Results. Of the 43 detected institutions, 29 offered information, being 14 institutions to which access could not be had, by reasons like: incorrect change of residence, telephone numbers and absence of the in charge personnel who provided information. Conclusion. Within the detected institutions different levels from attention for the population exist inhabitant and ex-inhabitant of infantile and adult street (prevention, promotion, rehabilitation) in addition to support and pursuit by these institutions within the Public and Deprived sector.
