<strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;"> </span></strong><br /> <strong>The research aims at revealing the following: </strong><br /> <strong>1.3.1 The effect of using training distances less than the race distance for speed endurance on a number of physical attributes in 200m run in both pre and post tests.</strong><br /> <strong>1.3.2. The effect of using training distances longer than the race distance for speed endurance on a number of physical attributes in 200m run in both pre and post tests.</strong><br /> <strong>1.3.3. The effect of using mixed training distances (both training distances) for speed endurance on a number of physical attributes in 200m run in both pre and post tests.</strong><br /> <strong>1.3.4. The significance of statistical differences for speed endurance on a number of physical attributes in 200m run between the three experimental groups in post-tests.The two researchers have applied the experimental methodology for its convenience with the nature of the research. The research has been performed on a sample consisted of (18) students aged between (20-23) and was divided into three groups in the amount of (6) subjects for each group.Equivalence and consistency among the three training groups regarding the variables of the research were achieved. The procedures of the research have included the designing of three training courses. Group one has implemented the course designed for training distances less than the race distance, while group two has implemented the course designed for training distances longer than the race distance and group three has implemented the course designed for the mixed training distances (both training distances).Anumberof explorative experiments have been conducted.</strong><br /> <strong>The two researchers have attained a number of conclusions; the most important of which are as follows:</strong><br /> <strong>- Experimental group one was superior to groups one and three in a number of physical attributes such as ( the explosive force of legs’ muscles, speed-differentiated force of the legs’ muscles and maximum speed).</strong><br /> <strong>- Experimental group two was superior to groups two and three in a number of physical attributes such as ( speed endurance and force endurance.</strong><br /> <strong>- Experimental group three was superior to group two in a number of physical attributes such as ( the explosive force of legs’ muscles, speed-differentiated force of the legs’ muscles and maximum speed), while the same group was superior to group two in a number of physical attributes such as ( speed endurance and force endurance of the legs’ muscles. </strong><br /> <strong> </strong><strong>A number of recommendations have been presented as follows:</strong><br /> <strong>- Urging trainers of track and fields games on employing training distances less than the race distance in developing speed endurance and other physical attributes such as ( the explosive force of legs’ muscles, speed-differentiated force of the legs’ muscles and maximum speed) particularly when the time interval assigned for the runner is limited before joining the contest owing to the effectiveness of such distances in promoting physical level.</strong><br /> <strong>- The necessity for urging trainers of track and fields on using training distances longer than the race distance in developing a number of physical attributes such as ( speed endurance and force endurance of legs’ muscles).</strong><br /> <strong>- Urging trainers of track and fields games on employing mixed training distances (both training distances) in developing speed endurance and other physical attributes such as ( the explosive force of legs’ muscles, speed-differentiated force of the legs’ muscles and maximum speed).</strong><br /> <strong> </strong> |
