Summary:The question of creation of the mathematical model laser-location station (LLS), which should be take into account of the basic counstituents of the instrumental error of the LLS LD-2 are given. By mean packets of programs "CHECK-GRAFH" we carried out analyse qualitatively separate blocks and parts of station in the regime of the static distance measurement to a calibre target. After modernization LD-2, performed together with State Interinstitutional Centre "Orion", the square error measurement of one satellite passage are reduce from 2.5777 to 0.7 — 0.8777; mean square error the normal satellite position is of 0.25 — 0.30m at then.
