Summary:The phytosanitary problems of the post-season tomato crop in the Nebhana region (Tumsia) results of a survey. The post-season tomato crop has been surveyed in the irrigated area of Teboulba in order to estimate the importance of the phytosanitary problems and to evaluate the control mesures practised by the farmers. The principal ennemies were : root-knot nematodes (Meloidogyne spp.), fusarium wilt ('Fusarium oxysporum f. sp. lycopersici,), powdery mildew (Leveillula tauricaj, early blight (Alternaria solanij and a virus disease causing yellow leaf curl. The crop protection was revealed insufficient ; new control mesures are reviewed.
