Description
Summary:Aimed to evaluate the effect of different doses of organic matter and PK fertilization in seedlings of ipe grown in co-product of vermiculite. The parameters evaluated were: height, diameter, root dry weight, shoot dry weight, height/diameter DQI. The design used in the experiment was the DIC with seven levels of organic matter (0, 5, 10, 15, 20, 25, 30%) and three PK fertilization (PK0, PK100, PK200) with four replications. For doses of OM and fertilizer was applied analysis of polynomial regression at 5% of probability. The results of the analysis of variance showed that there were significant positive quadratic effect among the treatments with OM on all variables. However, all variables were not statistically different for doses of PK and PK x MO interaction in all evaluated parameters. For the height and DMAP the treatment that resulted in greater development was the dose with 5%, but, the height / diameter proportion with 10% of the dose had better results, however IQD values, RDW, and diameter 20% OM indicated higher rates of development. The dose of 5% OM of co-product of vermiculite is enough to produce seedlings of ipe of good quality
