Region North-West faces a negative demographic trend, with life expectancy of 71.38 years, the national average (72.22 years) with high external migration, especially of highly qualified workforce. Analysis of employment trends of population in Region North-West shows a downward trend and projections for the development for years emphasized the decrease in employment.
