The second argument in favor of relevance is the use of basalt composite reinforcement for brickwork. And the third argument can be the use of CAD to simulate the energy consumption of the building. The practical value of the work is to use the recommendations for the construction and reconstruction of energy efficient buildings located in the Arctic zone.
