The Minister of Court within the legal and extrajudicial duties was one of the main levers of the Shah in establishing and maintaining the system, providing the interaction between Shah and other political agents. The main function of the court was manifested in the form of his action to make a relationship between political brokers. Court minister made a good effort linking Shah and other vertices of the political system heads, which plays a significant role in shaping communications. Because of this constant contact and communication between Shah and the court minister, the displacement between successive positions of prime minister and minister of the court clerks could happen. Severe fluctuation of power of the court ministers was another phenomenon in second Pahlavi era caused by historical circumstances and personal capabilities of the ministers. The subject of this paper is to deepen the understanding of the Pahlavi regime and similar systems. Study of the logic of the relations between the court minister, Shah and other political agent also help to understand the unique and specific functions of the court, and reveals the functioning of the mutual interaction of political components. The study of the court power transformation leads to understand the logic of production and distribution of power and authority in the same regime.
