PRINCIPLES, BASES, AND LAWS OF FUNDAMENTAL INFORMATICS
This paper defines the goals and problems of fundamental informatics, formulates principal laws of information universe and constructive bases of information objects and processes. The classification of semantics types of knowledge and skills is presented.
