It is based on the current competitive realities and the relevance of the environment which graduates are focused on. The paper presents stratified data of the graduates drawn from various aspects of their professional performance, in response to the demands of the Ministry of Education.These demands must comply with Goal 2 of the National Plan for Living Well 2009-2013 which proposes"to improve the capabilities and potential of the citizens".The purpose of this study is to mark a starting point in the work to help graduates enter employment and link them with UNEMI or other universities through graduate programs, professional development courses, graduates networks or other services.The results reveal both positive and negative aspects: the graduates have strong general and specific skills, whilst employers confirmed the need to strengthen job skills, with regard to the areas where they aspire to work.http://ojs.unemi.edu.ec/index.php/cienciaunemi/article/view/62/59teacher trainingmonitoringgraduatesrelevanceenvironment
