We studied the duration of ultrasound exposure with the least risk of periodontal damage when removing well cast root inlay made taking into account the anatomical features of root canals. 5 Total successfully completed cases was analyzed. We used standard elongated ultrasonic nozzle to remove dental plaque at the maximum ultrasonic power with constant copious water cooled in the cervical region, for 15 seconds on each side, the results obtained without complications.
