1H-31P home-built solid-state NMR probe with a scroll coil for 400-MHz NB magnet for biological lossy sample
Abstract Phosphorus is one of the most important constituents of human biofilms, in particular lipid bilayer packing, phase transition (gel phase, physiological liquid crystal phase, ripple phase, non-biphasic), lipid head group orientation/mechanics, and pure lipid bilayers. Phosphorus observations...

The design and construction of a 1H-31P double resonance probe with a scroll coil for solid-state NMR experiment are introduced.
