Description
Summary:The cultural dissemination of the Neo-Middle Ages can be understood by the fact that the Middle Ages can be visually and verbally represented by basic forms linked to sensory perception of space and the self-perception of the body (the crenel, the verbal expression “Oyez”). These forms may be described as replicators: their own characteristics enable them to spread, they are able to resist cultural selection and they can be applied to various different fields.
