| Summary: | This research is empirical juridical research, using primary and secondary data. The collecting data were analyzed qualitatively. Results of the analysis are presented in the form of the description. Basic formation of the Society of the community in the Tourism Village is common values. Its development, the formation of the association has been shifted into patembayan. However patembayan which is formed still reflects the mutual values of the local community.
Penelitian ini bersifat penelitian yuridis empiris, yang menggunakan data primer dan sekunder. Data yang diperoleh selanjutnya dianalisis secara kualitatif. Hasil analisis disajikan dalam bentuk uraian bersifat deskriptif. Dasar pembentukan Paguyuban pada masyarakat di Desa Wisata adalah nilai kebersamaan. Perkembangannya, pembentukan paguyuban telah bergeser menjadi patembayan. Namun patembayan yang terbentuk masih mencerminkan nilai-nilai kebersamaan dari masyarakat setempat. |
