Description
Summary:International law on Human Rights protection has become an unavoidable element of transitional and national constitutional law of European states. It has become a real "International supplementarv constitution" on which the legal svstems of national states lean. It is also a statement of Democratic constitutionalism without the appreciation of which today it is no longer possible to affirm and integrale national states in the wider international context. In this paper the author points out the results of the constitutional choice of the Republic of Croatia regarding the reception of the basic regulations on Human Rights protection with special reference to the role of European organisations which function within the Republic of Croatia.
