Research sample was 57 managers and 171 subordinates which were randomly selected. Research instruments were "organization's neurotic styles", "leaders dysfunctions" and "NEO-Five Factor Index" scale. Research datas were analyzed in two levels of descriptive and inferential statistics. Results showed that there is an internal significant relationship between psychological dimensions, managers' dysfunctions and personality characteristics. Based on Pearson correlation, the relationships were significant between dramatic depressed dimension and withdrawing dysfunction, schizoid paranoid and dominating, and withdrawing dysfunction; depressed-schizoid and withdrawing dysfunction. Also, the relationships between depressed-schizoid and neurotic characteristic(r=0.277; p0.05); and dominating dysfunction and openness were significant.
