A search of online computerized medical data-bases (Medline, Peruse) at McGill University, Montreal, Canada, revealed four reported cases of fatal fulminant hepatic failure (FHF) associated with pemoline (Cylert) use as a treatment for attention deficit hyperactivity disorder.
