As a result of research of mathematical model of the real device it is possible to define a specific set of geometrical, physical-mechanical and electric parameters of real object which provides realization of technical indicators of a functional element of piezoelectronics stipulated in the technical task. This significantly reduces the time and cost of developing new functional elements of piezoelectronics.
