Patients underwent a clinical and laboratory examination, neuroimaging (MRI), electrophysiological studies (EEG, ENMG). The data of own clinical observations of children with HIV-vasculopathy, complicated by acute disorders of cerebral circulation, are given. The results of dynamic observation of two patients with occlusive vasculopathy are presented.
