NUMERICAL FLOODPLAIN MODELING ON NISTRU RIVER
In this paper a a fl oodplain modeling on a portion of Nistru river using HEC RAS river analysis system is considered. Based on this modeling several scenarios for prevention and diminishing the inundation risks are proposed and discussed.
