ANALYSIS OF THE QUALITY AND OVERWEIGHT PREVALENCE IN RESIDENTS OF THE MUNICIPAL DISTRICT OF POMBAL

The objective is to analyze the life quality, overweight prevalência and obesity in residents of the agricultural zone. Methodology: The sample consisted of 107 individuals of both goods. Instruments: Pentáculo of the Well-being, that composes to the nutrition, physical activity, preventive behavior (CP), relationships and control of the stress (CE);. Para the obesity indexes, the Index of Corporal Mass was adopted (IMC), Relação Cintura-Quadril (RCQ). THE analytic plan was used of descriptive statistics, using the software SPSS version 10.0. Results: The averages, in the nutrition obtained two negative scores; AF CP and CE a negative; In the subject relationships all positive ones. Masculine IMC classified 76,6% normal, 17,0%Sobrepeso and 6,4% Obese, RCQ 23,4% already show low risk, 48,9% moderate, 19,1% high and 8,5% very loud; IMC feminine 3,3% low weight, 61,7% normal, 26,7% Overweight and 8,7% Obese in relation to RCQ 1,7% I lower, 15,0% medium, 41,7% High and 41,7% very loud. Conclusion: Predominance of QV was observed in the negative scores, this factor can influenced in the prevalência of Overweight and Obesity found in the sample. Larger control nutricional is suggested and he/she practices of exercises, acquisition of CP and CE, seeking to prevent the overweight levels and Obesity.
