In this context, this article tries to formulate, from the findings of a fieldwork, some considerations of educational management for the integration of policies in favor of the use of ICT in the Simón Bolívar University. As theoretical references is taken into account the model TPACK, formulated by XXX and the "connectivist" system formulated by Siemens, which gives account of a "new way of learning" with the use of technologies.
