Description
Summary:An efficient management of education in the 21st century requires that educational institutions not only promote the use of Information and Communication Technologies (ICT), but also manage strategic changes in the organization that facilitate the adaptation of this to the educational demands of the century XXI. In this context, this article tries to formulate, from the findings of a fieldwork, some considerations of educational management for the integration of policies in favor of the use of ICT in the Simón Bolívar University. As theoretical references is taken into account the model TPACK, formulated by XXX and the "connectivist" system formulated by Siemens, which gives account of a "new way of learning" with the use of technologies. From a holistic point of view, it takes into account the study by competences in the curricula.
