At the same time, the number of pensioners is constantly growing Therefore, to maintain competitiveness and to get adapted to constantly changing conditions, enterprises should implement new flexible working time models. The implementation of these models means that a worker can freely choose the working hours. The important requirement is to maintain working time balance during a particular period of time. Lankstaus darbo laiko diegimo įmonėse prielaidos Santrauka. Darbo laiko kitimo tendencijos įmonėse ir darbo rinkoje pasireiškia tuo, kad jis nuolat trumpėja, kad daugėja pensinio amžiaus žmonių. Siekdamos prisitaikyti prie aštrėjančios situacijos ir išlaikyti konkurencingumą, įmonės turi taikyti naujus, lanksčius darbo laiko modelius. Šių modelių esmė ta, kad bet kuris įmonės darbuotojas gali laisvai pasirinkti savo darbo laiko grafiką. Svarbu tai, kad per tam tikrą laiko tarpą būtų išlaikytas darbo laiko balansas.
