The activity prompted by strategic planning, is the one that leads to the achievement of the financial objectives of the enterprise, and the Norton-Kaplan Scorecard Balanced model adapted in economic conditions, leads inevitably to the successful completion of the business and to the achievement of the general objective to maximize the market value of the enterprise.</p> |
