Summary: | In order to establish a reasonable, effective and accurate risk sharing mechanism for PPP project of urban underground comprehensive pipe gallery, 25 risk factors are identified by the work structure decomposition method. Secondly, a risk sharing method based on improved grey correlation analysis is proposed to solve the complexity of risk sharing in PPP project of urban underground comprehensive pipe gallery. Then, an improved risk sharing model is constructed based on this method. Finally, some targeted measures are proposed for the identified key risk factors. This risk sharing model has certain reference value for the research on risk sharing of urban underground comprehensive pipeline corridor PPP projects. |
