The construction of agricultural product quality and safety complaint reporting system could expand channels for the public to participate in the management of the quality and safety of agricultural products and contribute to the construction of social co-governance patterns of agricultural products.Based on the analysis of current status of food complaint reporting system in China,this study summarized the realistic dilemmas and major problems of domestic food complaint reporting system and proposed five suggestions which could be used for reference and enlightening to construct the complaint reporting system of agricultural product.
