The genome has 5792 total genes which include 5701 protein coding sequences (CDS), 192 pseudogenes, 7 rRNA genes with 3 operons (5S, 16S and 23S), 79 tRNA genes and 5 noncoding RNA (ncRNA) genes. This whole genome shotgun project has been deposited in DDBJ/ENA/GenBank under accession number VHIV00000000. The version described in this paper is version VHIV01000000.
