EVALUATION OF PERSONALITY: A RESOURCE AND COMPETENCE APPROACHES
The article examines the personal–professional diagnostic products resource and competence–based approaches. Characterized the approaches analyzed their development in the science of psychology and describes the possibility of applying to the assessment of personality and a professional manager.
