On the Solidworks platform, the rational motor program was compiled and the machining process of the ball end mill rake face was simulated. Through the analysis of the simulation results, the accuracy of the rake face mathematical model was proved. The ball end part has the proper S-shaped arc blade. The ball blade was smoothly connected with the circumference blade. The ball blades had a relatively large positive rake angle and were rationally distributed. All these provided the basis for the development of low-cost and high-profit CNC cutter grinding devices.https://www.cetjournal.it/index.php/cet/article/view/4071
