Seasoned with tears and saudades: Flavours, memories and traditions among Portuguese immigrants in São Paulo, Brazil
This research focuses tastes, habits, eating practices and traditions of the Portuguese emigrated to São Paulo, Brasil. These food experiences were investigated by oral history (totaling 25 interviews) and several other documents, revealing memories of flavors, seasoned with tears and saudades.
