Summary:The article proves, that the social partnership today is both an organizational-economic phenomenon, and the principle and technology of management in the social-labor sphere, and of social management in general. According to the author, cross-sectoral youth policy is an сross-sectoral interaction of public associations of youth, non-youth public organizations dealing with problems of youth, government bodies, business organizations and various social groups and communities of youth when carried out common policy in the sphere of youth interests. As a result, prospects of social dialogue concerning youth lie in expansion of number of partners and expansion of area of the solved problems in comparison with traditional tripartite social-labor interaction; reformation of youth policy management from the subject-object form; the training of the culture of cross-sectoral partnership for partners.
