It is proved that only the sociocultural modernization of education, connected with the transition to a personal-oriented, anthropological paradigm, capable of developing individual abilities and opportunities of each, to form social activity, motivation for the success of career aspirations, will help to consolidate education as an important condition that will realize the potential of education. In this regard, the most important constructs for implementing the socio-cultural modernization of education are tolerance and trust.
