To an indeterminate amount of people who required immediate attention, in very poor conditions and low risk of death, the Clinic, which was characterized by the implementation of technological innovations in its time, it served as a refuge in the midst of the generalized violence known as El Bogotazo, and was the scene of political discussion, playing a key role in the transformation of the multitude.
