It is a unique case study, qualitative and aided by the ethnomethodological method. As instruments for the collection of information, in-depth interviews, documentary analysis and non-participant observation of educational practices were used. The results obtained allow us to assess as positive, the perception of the adolescents that make up the case, about the possibilities of behavioral change, based on the educational influences of the teacher from their role, perception that is based on high expectations and goals that condition the behavioral change.</p>https://revistas.uo.edu.cu/index.php/MyS/article/view/4356percepción de adolescentesrol del maestrotrabajo correctivo-compensatorio
