Liu Chao-han

Liu Chao-han (; born 3 January 1939) is a radio engineer/scientist and an international leader in solar terrestrial physics and remote sensing research. He served as Vice President of the Academia Sinica from 2006 to 2011 after serving as President of National Central University for 12 years and as Chancellor of the University System of Taiwan for 4 years. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers, an Academician of the Academia Sinica and a member of the National Academy of Engineering. Provided by Wikipedia
